Q. What is the current lead time on orders?

A. Your order will ship in maximum 3 weeks after you place it (you will be notified of the shipment).  We use international post service (cca 2 weeks for shipping). Of course you can count on us doing our best to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that these are custom made holsters, hence we will not sacrifice quality of our products in order to speed up the shipping time. We hope you understand and take into consideration that we provide unlimited lifetime warranty for our products, so we believe they are worth waiting.


 Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. We use secure payment system. After you check out and get a quote for shipping costs, you will be redirected to secure payment website Pay Pal, where you will be able to make the necessary payment.  We also offer an option for payment via bank transfer. You just have to contact us and request instructions, which we will be sending you in the shortest period of time.


Q. What are the shipping costs?

A. We have arrangement with Postal services of Serbia for lowest possible shipping rates. Right now the prices are as follows (up to 1kg):

  • Serbia:  Free
  • Europe:  cca. 11 eur
  • Asia, Africa: cca. 15 eur
  • America, Australia and other countries: cca. 17 eur

Main reason why we opted for shipping using International Post network was to be competitive with prices, but of course, if you would prefer some other shipping method we can arrange it for you. Also have in mind that these costs do not include potential import duties, custom clearance fees and VAT in your country.


Q. Do you offer any discounts?

A. Yes we do ! We offer 5 eur discount if you order two different products, and 10 eur discount if you order 3 different products as a part of holster combo. You can see more details on our Combos&Custom page.  Please contact us via email for quotes if you want to order larger amounts of our products, and you will get a fair price.


Q. How will I pay for custom order, or if I want a discount for buying several different products?

A. We will create a custom invoice for you, send you an email with a secure payment link and you will be able to pay for your order in a secure and fast way.


Q. Do Horned Viper holsters have warranty?

A. Yes, Horned Viper offers unlimited lifetime warranty for its  kydex holsters, provided that you are using them according to their purpose. If you have any problems with our products just ship it back at your convenience and we will fix it or replace.


Q. What is your return policy?

A. You have 30 days after you receive your item(s) to return for a full refund (excluding shipping).


Q. Are Horned Viper holsters handmade?

A. Yes ! All of our holsters are handmade. The ones you see in the store as well as products specifically tailored for you.


Q. What should I do if I want a holster that is not listed in your store?

A. You should go to our Combos&Custom section of the store and explain in details what kind of holster do you need. You should attach a picture or sketch and send it to us via email. We will get back to you as soon as possible with some options.


Q. Will Kydex scratch or affect my gun in any other way?

A. Although, there are no materials that will not eventually wear on a gun, we are doing our best to save your gun from wearing by putting retention screw on each of our holsters which will allow you to adjust your holster to your gun, thus  keeping the gun secure and without "rattling" or moving in the holster. This saves the gun from wearing faster. That being said, our main motivation for making kydex holsters was resistance, reliability and safety, and not whether it scratches gun more or less then some other materials.


Q. Will the retention screw ever wear out on my holster?

A. We use quality stainless steel black oxide screws, eyelets and slotted posts, so it is very unlikely you will have any problems with it. Still, if anything happens feel free to contact us, ship your holster back to us and we will fix it or replace.


Q. How do I cancel my order?

A. Please contact us to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days.


Q. Can I change an order before it ships?

A. Yes you can. Depending on the change, there may be a small delay added to your order. Order changes can be done through our contact form, just state your order number and the change.


Q. I have a firearm, flashlight, magazine, knife, rail, or other item not listed on your website. Can you make a holster/carrier for this item?

A. This depends. For example, If we can get the model for your gun, we will be able to make a holster for it but with the certain extension of Lead Time on your order.  Just send us an email with the request and we will let you know about the possibilities.


Q. Can I mount my holster/mag carriers to MOLLE?

A. Most of our holsters can be attached to MOLLE. Please check our product list, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
